Staff Spotlight - Mrs. Schnur
With her wealth of experience and steady leadership, Mrs. Schnur plays a vital role in ensuring not only that mathematics are taught with clarity and care, but that our middle schoolers stay on track and engaged in all aspects of their learning.
Her dedication to student success goes far beyond the numbers as she brings consistency, heart, and a deep understanding of what our middle schoolers need to thrive. As an integral part of the CLA team, Mrs. Schnur sets the tone for excellence and teamwork, and we are incredibly lucky to serve alongside her.

Staff Spotlight - Mrs. Lisle
We are excited to highlight Mrs. Lisle! Her path to education began while she was pursuing a degree in mental health counseling. During her studies, she started subbing, later became an emergency substitute, and was soon encouraged by the district to become a licensed teacher. She also earned her master’s degree through Eastern Oregon University. She shares that the best part of teaching is the relationships she builds with scholars and the joy of watching them grow. Her personal motto, “Practice makes progress,” guides her both in the classroom and beyond.
