Crater Lake Academy is thrilled to showcase the remarkable strides made within our College and Career Pathways Program during the 2023/24 academic year. Our commitment to preparing scholars for future success has yielded tangible results, with several noteworthy achievements to celebrate. This year we have had 20 scholars enrolled in our Pathways Degree Program and another 3 dedicated to Career Technical Education courses. CLA also has the prospect of two scholars attaining their Associates Degrees next year.
In reflection of the Winter term, we are pleased to report a 19% participation rate, this is an increase within our Pathways Program from the 2022/23 school year. This term also saw the completion of 93 college credits, with an impressive pass rate of 86.9% overall and 90% per course, highlighting our dedication to academic excellence. As we transition into the Spring term, we are excited to witness sustained participation, with 23 scholars currently enrolled in our program. Our calendar is filled with enriching opportunities, including an OregonTech Tour scheduled for April 17th and a May Career Chat with Hunter Communications, providing invaluable insights into various career paths.
We are excited to announce an upcoming parent meeting in August, where we will provide updates on program developments and opportunities for parental involvement. As we continue to empower scholars for success, we are committed to nurturing an environment of growth and achievement, ensuring that every student has the tools and resources needed to thrive in their academic and professional pursuits and achieve the + in Every Student Graduates +.
