Middle School Academy

2022-2023 School Day Start/End Times

CLA’s Middle School Academy, located on Nick Young Rd in Eagle Point, will open for students at 8:30am, with breakfast being served. Classes start at 9:00am for all grades. All students will be released between 3:00pm and 3:10pm depending on grade (see below).

The Middle School Academy learning environment is a hybrid program using a combination of in-person and online instruction, tools and, assessments to promote independent learning. The school focuses on teaching the skills and habits to be a successful, independent learner. Students are expected to work Monday-Thursday in all courses to meet attendance requirements. Classes are a combination of online and in-person instruction. Students are required to attend on-campus classes, meetings and supports as outlined by their Teachers. Friday’s are dedicated to asynchronous learning through guided learning activities. Daily programs include Physical Education, Music, Art, Project Based Learning, MS S.O. Scavenger Hunt, MS Brain Bowl.
